This weekend brought an array of exciting opportunities for our boarders to savour. They began the weekend in the customary style, representing the school commendably in their Hockey and Netball fixtures. Following the obligatory trip to town in the afternoon, our boarders settled down for the evening to enjoy the biopic film: Bohemian Rhapsody. Chartering the development of the band 'Queen' and in particular its lead singer, Freddie Mercury, the film brought home the triumph and sadness of a life that became a legacy for many.
Today, our boarders were afforded a different opportunity to travel to Bristol to dine at the attractive and tasty restaurant: Za Za Bazaar. The restaurant offered a wonderful fare spanning several continents, with choices including European, Indian and Far Eastern Cuisine. After boarders had savoured the delights of an unlimited buffet, a short walk to the Cabot Circus shopping centre with a license to shop was welcomed. We hope the photos below provide an insight into our boarders' time this afternoon; we look forward to updating you again soon.
