Week 14: Matilda, Revision and Asian Mid-Afternoon Meal

Captain of Boarding, Sarafina writes:

This weekend we had a very lucky experience on Friday to see Matilda the Musical at the Hippodrome in Bristol; tickets are hot property and were booked 18 months ago! Everyone loved it and thought it was a great night. After that ravishing night, the next morning we all enjoyed some delicious waffles with a variety of fruit and different syrups! They went down well! On Saturday the Y8’s did an hour and a half of revision before their exams this week and then small groups headed to town or fixtures, or opted to do more revision, or to chill. Saturday night’s film was Second Act chosen by fellow Captain of Boarding, Ryan. We also enjoyed a choc ice. Second Act was a funny movie. On Sunday after another hour of supervised revision we all relaxed day. Those who did not go to town due to sport yesterday enjoyed some retail therapy today. Later we all enjoyed  Angel cooking some Noodles for the house with support from Jacqueline, Nina, Tseing, Ryan, Lala and me, Sarafina!. Monica, Sarah and I also made some cupcakes with Mrs Duke!  It all went down well! Good luck with your exams, Year 8 pupils!
